Each billing month lists every charge for the tenant and adds them up. Email it to the tenant in English or Bulgarian, or mark it as sent.

Rent, month by month

Record the rent owed each month and every payment against it. Partial payments, overdue months and credit applied are all shown.

Payment history with reversals

Every payment received, with where its money went. A mistake is reversed, never deleted, so the history stays complete.

Tenant credit

Overpayments and advance payments become credit for that tenant. Apply it to rent when you choose.

Heating, calculated

Bill straight from the invoice, or calculate hot water from the meters plus heat cost allocation and the maintenance fee.
